Product Description Our Co-op Members Directly Supply Quality Honey

Quality honey is only produced by quality beekeepers, which is why our process begins by identifying the source of the honey. This includes information about our co-op members, the floral source, and the geographic location of the honey.

Samples are Extracted from Honey Deliveries by Our Members

All honey that arrives at our facility undergoes rigorous testing to ensure its quality. We extract samples that are sent to our internal lab for testing various attributes such as color and moisture content.

Additional Testing is Conducted to Confirm Quality Standards

The honey then goes through further testing at accredited third-party labs, where it undergoes a series of tests ranging from purity to pollen analysis. Only honey that passes all quality tests is considered top-quality and ready to be bottled.
